Here i can be seen rather pathetically dressed in the yellow fabric….behind me the wheel which i rolled across the stage and pushed over. Not a good look…. Continue Reading →
For some unknown reason I was volunteered to go up on stage to supposedly judge a beauty contest. This of course was not the case at all. Continue Reading →
Last night we went to Jhoomlay, the annual BDC bash. Jhoomlay, roughly translated means “groove” or something like that, so there was plenty of dancing. Continue Reading →
Yesterday we hung out at the pool of the roof of Black Coffee apartments, had some drinks, ate some bits and pieces and generally made as much noise as possible. Continue Reading →
The internet has been down for the last two days in the hotel. Despite promises that it will be fixed, it kept being rubbish. This annoyed me. In fact ask anyone a straight question here and you will get a totally unrealistic response. Continue Reading →
Ended the evening at the pool on the roof that has been causing me so much grief all week. (All night it sounds like there are wild animals jumping around in it). Continue Reading →

I was standing minding my own business in the foyer of the AOL building, when all of a sudden there was this terrifically loud lawnmower-like sound. I turned around to see a man, with a petrol-powered-insect repellent-smoke-blower. Continue Reading →

Here I am in the office busy as always. There are a number of waves of busy times here. The first shift of people arrive at about 8am and then a 2nd lot arrive at about 11am. Then at about 2pm the UK arrive and so by about 3pm every conceivable person needs your attention. Oh well. Tough. I’m biting my pen.
After work we rushed to Staples to get some more bits and pieces. Its just like staples in the UK, except everything is about 50p. Continue Reading →
The office is a kind of US-cubicle based arrangement and lives over the road from the “fun stuff” in another building. Unfortunately you always need to get the lift for a reason i havn’t yet worked out, but there is always the smiling lift agent to keep you company on the short journey upwards to the 1st floor.
