Although the priority of my trip to India was to train the team, the secondary priority was to get to know all of them and get them working together as best I could. Half my suitcase was filled with scissors, paint, pens, brushes, sellotape and anything crafty I could get my hands on really so that they could all create websites without a computer in site. I even flat packed my own cardboard website so that it would fit in my case!
